Cancellation Policy/ Payment Terms

In order to secure your event, a 50% deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount. Customer authorizes GameTruck to charge the remaining invoice balance beginning 48 hours prior to the event, although in many instances final payment is collected at the conclusion of your event.

Online Gaming Requirements

Internet connects via Cat5 cable. Customer's Modem/Router must be within 150 ft of GameTruck. We recommend a download speed of at least 60mbps. Note: Online Play Battle Royale and Classics are an ad on service we provide but is not guaranteed due to possible equipment or internet issues. Large Format Events

Schools, churches, Carnivals, etc: Kids can be brought out in batches of 20, playing approx 20 minutes with 5 minutes to pass. - OR - Kids can line up outside the trailer and be rotated every 10 minutes.

Parking Policy/Waiver

Parking permitted on the street/parking lot ONLY. GameTruck trailers are no wider than any contractor or landscaper vehicle and in most cases parking outside the home at the curb is not an issue. All other requests will require prior approval from management. The customer will be held liable for any/all damages if the trailer is not parked as permitted. To avoid damage to customer and GameTruck property, we reserve the right to refuse to pull a game trailer onto customer property. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time. Signature required if the trailer is not parked in the street.

GameTruck Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
