The games in the ZTAG Party are designed to be active, safe, and incredibly simple. This ensures that every child, regardless of experience or familiarity with games, can easily join in on the fun and enjoy the party to the fullest.
In order to secure your event, a 50% deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at event. We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
Yes! With your scheduled event you are given access to PartyLink which is your own unique online event management website. You can send GameTruck e-vites to your guests through your PartyLink site. If you prefer mailable invitations, those can be mailed to you as well.
Yes! In addition to the Super Star and Hall of Fame packages, we offer our GameTruck sports bottles for $3 each or our silicone GameTruck bracelets for $1.50 each. Most people who purchase our bottles fill them with candy for a quick and easy party favor!
While we do not provide food or drink, we can put you in touch with a catering service upon request.
Yes! We do many Fortnite events but never give guarantees. We have our own wifi hardware but there several things out of our control that may prevent us from playing Fortnite at your event....1) Strength of wifi signal in your area 2) Timing of update releases 3) Number of consoles connected to our wifi network 4) Number of global users pressuring the Fortnite servers 5) Special Fortnite events that impact accessibility to the game. We strongly encourage our customers to set expectations with their group ahead of the event. Our in-trailer wifi is not as fast as the high speed internet kids are accustomed to at home. Connect time to the game will be slower. NO REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN IF WE CAN'T PLAY FORTNITE AND/OR KIDS ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH CONNECT TIMES.
