We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but date changes must be made no less than 15 days prior to event date. Date changes made within 15 days of original event date will incur $150 rescheduling fee. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
Yes, GameTruck email or printable PDF invitations are provided for you. Email invitations are GameTruck themed to represent the event you are hosting. PDF invitations are provided to you via a link in the confirmation email you will receive after reserving your event. A second email will provide you access to the Party Link email invitations. They also are GameTruck themed. You are able to send these to all of your guests.
Sorry, we do not provide cake, food or drinks. We do ask that there are no food and drinks inside of the GameTruck. If you are providing refreshments during the event the participants are free to come and go when they need a drink or a snack.
In order to secure your event simply click Book Now, then follow the simple steps. If you prefer to talk to someone, give us a call at 888-602- 4263 and we can take care of you. A 50% deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance will due upon our arrival at event.

The GameTruck is designed to be a social environment where invited guests come to play games with one another. Online and single player games exclude guests from playing with those invited to the party. This is because they are playing with random players on the internet that are not at the party. In addition it limits/reduces how many players can play at one time. As a result we have decided not to offer internet based games on the GameTruck. If you are interested in getting groups playing games like Fortnite and some other online games we have another offer called GAMEPLEX and @Home parties! Ask us about how we can provide these internet based games for your party!
We can get up to 20 people playing inside the GameTruck at one time. The number of people that can fit inside at one time is largely dependent on the age/size of the participants. We find that 20 kids between the ages of 7 and 11 is the typical upper limit. Older kids between 12 and 14 may appreciate a little elbow room and we recommend approximately 16 at one time. Older kids and adults we typically recommend 12-16 depending on their size.
We recommend ages 7 and older for the GameTruck. If there are going to be children that are younger we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult.
The GameTruck is 60 feet long and about 8 feet wide. An easy visual is about 4 cars parked in a straight line along the curb. If we were to park in a parking lot the GameTruck will take up about 7 to 8 parking spaces. *We are unable to park on grass or any soft surfaces.
Yes, we often do events in parks. Some things to keep in mind when looking at park locations... Are there bathrooms available? We do not have a bathroom. Is a permit needed for this park? GameTruck is not responsible for securing any permits, licenses or permissions to park. Are you required to rent a pavilion or other structure/area? Parks have different rules but these are some things we have come across when doing events at area parks. Please make sure to check with the park of your choosing before your event.
We have multiple consoles at each of the TVs. Our GameTrucks feature Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox360, Nintendo WiiU and Nintendo Switch consoles and games. We feature over 50 games on each GameTruck. We will discuss the game selections with you before the kids enter the GameTruck, so you can pick the favorite games. We only provide the games you feel are appropriate for the participants age. We always like to get information about favorite games before the event, just give us a call or send us an email so we can be ready.
We do ask that food and drinks are not brought inside the GameTruck. If you are providing refreshments during the event the participants are free to come and go when they need a drink or a snack.
Parents do not need to have direct supervision. However, we do ask that an adult who is responsible for the participants be readily available at the site of the event just in case a need arises. Otherwise, our GameCoaches are well trained to facilitate the party inside the GameTruck during the event.
We do not need an outlet for anything. Our GameTrucks feature quiet, commercial onboard generators that provide all the power needed to run your event.
Yes, our GameTrucks have heat and air conditioning to allow us to facilitate events all year long.
