In order to secure your event, we require a $150 non-refundable credit card deposit at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at event. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if available. All transfers must be made no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Events canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
Yes! With your scheduled event you are given access to PartyLink which is your own unique online event management website. You can send GameTruck e-vites to your guests through your PartyLink site. If you prefer physical invitations, these can be downloaded from our web site.
We currently do not offer any party favors.
We do not offer any type of food or drinks. We only allow bottled water in our video gaming theater.
We always strive to provide the best experience for you and your guests. To adhere to safety regulations we do limit occupancy to 20 people inside the trailer. An additional outdoor TV with gaming systems will also be available but is dependent on the current weather conditions.
Our 8+ years in business has taught us GameTruck is appropriate for ages 6 and older.
We ask our customers to reserve 50' of space to give us plenty of room. Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, we cannot park in driveways.
Yes, we do many events at parks but each city and HOA is different in their willingness to allow us into their parking lots. You should contact the city's parks department or HOA management and clear everything with them first. Often times they will require you to have a permit and will want to be named on our insurance. Any community or neighborhood parks where we'll be parking on a public street that runs adjacent to the park does not require you to contact the park management first.
GameTruck features the best top multi-player games for Nintendo Switch, XBOX ONE, PlayStation 4, XBOX 360 and the Wii U. We will bring our entire game library and have games suitable for all ages. The customer has complete control of the games made available to the attendees of your event. Your GameCoach will give you the opportunity to review/restrict game selection before the attendees enter the trailer. If you have a game from home that you would like to bring into the GameTruck, please let your GameCoach know at the event so he can make sure it doesn't get left behind
Absolutely! All our GameTrucks are completely climate controlled.
Due to a possible accidental spillage that may occur from food or drink we only allow bottled water in our video gaming theater.
We require that one responsible adult remains at the event for its duration. Parents are more than welcome to be inside the GameTruck during the event but not required. Each GameTruck event is hosted by a professionally trained and background screened GameCoach who will ensure the success of each event. GameCoaches always do their best to involve everyone, regardless of their skill level.
We are self-powered with quiet running commercial generators. We also carry an additional backup generator in case of any issue with our main generator.
We have enough equipment for 14 players at one time. If you have a larger group, we can accommodate them by taking turns. Games last 5-10 minutes, so everyone gets plenty of play time.
We have found that players 7 years or older have the best experience, they can follow directions, work in teams, and think strategically and they are strong enough to hold the taggers without getting tired.
We can make almost any space work, but the ideal space is about the size of a single tennis court. If you have that much space (and even a small backyard is usually bigger than a tennis court) we can make a fun laser tag arena.

Parents are encouraged to join our parties, but are not required to supervise. Our Laser Tag referee will supervise the event the entire time.

Yes, we have an assortment of obstacles available and we will also try to utilize any natural or existing obstacles in our field of play.

Our Laser Tag equipment is fully configurable to work during the daylight or nigh time hours. When playing at night, we do provide portable lighting which provides just enough light to play safely.
