Event cancellations or date/time changes that occur within 7 calendar days from the scheduled event will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Events that are canceled or changed within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the contact, will be billed the full amount. If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the original event, the entire cancellation fee will be used as partial payment for the rescheduled event.
