In order to secure your event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Any party may be rescheduled 14 days prior to the event date, for no cost to the customer, but will not be refunded. Please contact us directly In the event of family emergency or illness for reschedule.
Yes. When you receive your confirmation of booking, we provide a link for electronic invites. There is also a link to print the invitation from your computer. Should you require a postcard invitation, please let us know at the time of the booking.

We can fit 20 kids in the truck comfortably at one time. Please refer to your local market for trailer size specifications.
We recommend players be 6 or older for birthday parties.
Our trucks are approximately 60 feet in length, however we appreciate 80 feet for maneuverability.
Please check with your local Parks & Rec Department for their specific parking requirements. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance at their request.
We have the XBox 360, XBox One, PlayStation 4, and Ninetindo Wii/WiiU/Switch; consoles may vary by trailer and by market. Please check with your agent when booking for specifics. Prior to the event beginning, the Game Coach will review with you the game library. While we do carry a good number of games rated "E" for everyone, there are some titles rated "M" mature and "T" teen. For specific game requests, please inform the agent at the time of the booking the titles so we can assure they are available to you on the day of your event. You may also chose to let the agent know any game restrictions based on rating.
Yes. Our trailers are all weather trailers.
No, we do not allow food or beverages inside the GameTruck.
Parents are certainly welcome to join in the fun, but not required.
No. We are self generated, so no external power is needed for the GameTruck.
Our Game Coaches are prepared to handle 20 kids at a time for a birthday party. We understand sometimes there are last minute additions! All parties over 20 may be subject to an additional charge of up to $20/person.
