Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your event 21 days or less before the date then the entire balance is still due. For this reason we highly recommend moving your event to a better available date rather than cancel it.
GameTruck Cherry Hill provides online invitations that you can print out or download and email to your guests.
Once booked, customers will have access to the GameTruck Custom Merch Shop to order items shipped directly to them. That link is available even after the event for purchasing. All items purchased from the Custom Merch Shop are shipped directly to the customer, so they don't have to wait for us to bring them!
We do not provide any food or drinks and no food or drinks are allowed on the GameTruck (They don't play well with electronics!)
No, we do not park in driveways. We park curbside so our guests can onto and off of the truck safely.
The GameTruck has 5 TV's that we can have up to 4 kids on, so up to 20 players can be inside playing at one time. However we highly recommend having 16 as an ideal max. 16 players is the most that we can fit into one game (Halo 4 have teams of up to 8 players) and it also gives the most flexibility in terms of who the players can play with and what games they can play. There are more two players games than 4 players games.
No age limit but we do require that anyone under 7 have an adult with them. This is to ensure that the GameCoach can address the needs of everyone playing.
The whole GameTruck is about 60ft long. To get parked quickly we need as much space as you can give us, the bigger the spot the faster we can get parked and setup. Parallel parking can take up precious time.
GameTruck can go anywhere there is a road of sufficient size and quality. If you have any questions about a specific area please contact us and we will let you know.
No food or drink is allowed in the GameTruck, video games don't play well with them! We suggest having a table with snacks setup outside the GameTruck or inside. Kids frequently take small breaks for snacks or just to clear their heads for the next round. If the weather is nice we can open the windows on the GameTruck and kids, or parents, who are outside can still watch and cheer while they are snacking.
The only time we needs parents to supervise is when there is any player under 7. Parents are welcome to come in and check things out but they don't need to stay other wise.
We have our on-board generator to take care of all our electricity needs. The only thing we need from you is players and a parking space!
We work at having the most up to date selection of consoles available. Currently we have: 2 Nintendo Switches, 5 Wii U's, 5 Xbox 360's, 2 Xbox One's, and 1 Playstation 4. We also have discs for vintage arcade and console games (i.e. Pacman, Galaga, Joust, Spy Hunter, and more!)
You do not have to choose anything before we arrive. When we arrive you only have to let us know what games you DON'T want the players to play. We will remove them from our wall and the players will get to pick from the approved menu. We can do this on a title by title basis, by game rating or by content. If you have any questions about game ratings please ask us.
The GameTruck has both heating and air conditioning, no matter whats going on outside we can be nice and comfy inside!
Think of GameTruck like your own living room, only it has multiple tv's and each tv has multiple consoles hooked up to it. All the TV's can be on different games but we can setup a few of the games to connect to each other and let the players play in a big game across multiple TV's.
Usually thru voting, sometimes with intense negotiations. We try to make sure everyone gets to play something they want to play. Sometimes they it's not possible without kicking off other players which is where the GameCoach comes in. They will help keep the kids playing and help them come to an agreement on which games to play.

It depends on the package. The Gameplex Switch comes with 10 Nintendo Switch consoles, so 10 players can be on at once. There is some wiggle room depending on which games they want to play. For instance Mario Kart 8 will play up to 4 players on a single switch. If that is something you might want please let us know as additional Joy Cons are not in the standard package. The Gameplex Playstation has 4 Playstation 4's and in the standard setup comes with a projector. You could play up to 16 players at once depending on the game selected. There is also an option for using 4 large HDTV's instead of the projector (additional charges may apply)
Players must be 7 or older to play.
We can setup just about anywhere there is electricity. Common areas are living rooms, basements, garages, patios and porches. We would be happy to go over any ideas you have and help you plan it out.
There is a Gameplex Switch and Gameplex Playstation. If you have a specific game you'd like to have for your event please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.
There needs to be a parent near by but no direct supervision is needed
We do need power to turn everything on. We have extension cables if needed.
We don't need to but if you'd like us to setup a switch on your TV we certainly can!
