In order to secure your event, a $150 non refundable deposit via credit/debit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at event. We show up rain or shine (LaserTag/GelTag/WaterTag maybe rescheduled due to weather)! Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date with a $150 rescheduling fee. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount. GameTruck® Video Game Events happen rain or shine! LaserTag/GelTag/WaterTag events will be rescheduled, at no cost, in the event of rain, snow. A $20 service charge will be applied for all deposit refunds. For the safety of the staff and your guests, GameTruck® reserves the right to cancel any event due to severe weather or conditions.

Yes! With your scheduled event you are given access to PartyLink which is your own unique online event management website. You can send GameTruck themed e-vites to your guests through your PartyLink site. You can also download printable themed invites from our website. Look for the PartyLInk 'Invites' link at the very bottom of your confirmation email.

This is a memorable event and we want your VIP and your guests to have an awesome time. At the end there will be an opportunity to take a group picture during closing ceremonies during the contracted time.
The Game Coaches are delivering excitement to your event, making sure everyone is having a great time. Tipping for great service is appreciated but not required. A tip guide can be located on your invoice. Any large format event, GameTruck® reserves the right to include an automatic gratuity to your event before booking. Any large format event with over 50 participants will be charged an automatic minimal gratuity.
Customer authorizes GameTruck® may charge the remaining invoice balance beginning 48 hours prior to the event, although in many instances final payment is collected at the conclusion of your event. If customer intends to pay with a different credit card than the one used for the deposit, customer must call the office at least 48 hours prior to the event with the new card information. Cash, check (made out to GameTruck), credit card, debit card are acceptable forms of final payment. PLEASE NOTE: Final payments by credit card may incur a 3% service charge. A $10 service charge will be applied towards any refunds. We do accept Zelle as an alternative payment method.
We do provide music at our events - if you have a certain play list, please let the GameCoach know. Sorry, we do not provide food or drink. Only bottled water may be allowed inside the video game trailer.
We work with many School, Government and Non profit organizations and can work with Purchase Orders. We can issue the proper paperwork upon the reservation of your event. A completed contract will be required for any Purchase Orders. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided for your Organizations event upon request as we are fully insured. Certificate of Insurance requests must be submitted prior to 2 weeks of the event.
