Do you provide invitations?

Yes, we provide digital invites.

Do you have party favors?

At this time, we only offer online invitations for the party.

Do you provide cake, food, or drinks?

At this time, we do not offer any food or drinks.

What if we have more guests?

Please advise us at the time of booking to discuss how many additional guests we can accommodate safely on our trucks.

Do you park in driveways?

To avoid damage to customer and GameTruck property and per insurance restrictions, we DO NOT park in driveways. Street parking on the homeowners curbside is where we park. Please note, delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time.

How many kids can fit in the GameTruck?

Up to 20 depending on the party package size you book.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend guests ages 6 and older.

How much space do you need?

Depending on which truck arrives at your location, we require reserved parking space between 45 to 90 feet.

Can you come to parks?

Yes, as long as they allow the GameTruck in the park. Most parks require insurance information from us to be on site. We encourage you to contact the park and verify what they need from us for the day of the event. Should you have any questions, please call us!

What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?

We carry Nintendo Switch, Sony PS4, Sony PS5, XBox1 and XBox X. Games do not have to be selected ahead of time. We carry 100+ games split to be played across the various consoles.

Do the trailers have air conditioning and heaters?

Yes.

Do you allow food and drinks inside the GameTruck?

No. However, the kids can come and go to grab a drink or snack off of the truck.

Do you need to plug into an outlet?

No.

What are the parking requirements?

Do you have online games like Fortnite and Roblox?

Yes we do. However these game selections require an upgrade add-on of our "Online Gaming Package". Please note, online games require a WiFi connection to play. We use a 5G mobile router for a mobile connection. Please note that our ability to connect to the internet is only as good as the mobile signal strength in a given area. If we are unable to connect due to poor signal, a last minute game upgrade or a downed server on which the game is played, we cannot be held responsible for these failures. If we are unable to connect, we will refund only the fee for the Online Gaming Package upgrade. No other compensation will be offered.

How many kids can pay at once?

8 - 16 depending on which package is booked.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, 7 years old and older.

Where can you setup? How much space do you need?

Inside home, including family rooms, great rooms, basement for Nintendo SwitchPlex and GamePlex Mixed consoles. Not available for basement setup for PS4 GamePlex box.

What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?

PS4, PS5, XBox-S, Xbox-X, and Nintendo Switch. We can take game request, but we cannot guarantee to have every game.

Do parents need to supervise?

Parental supervision is only required for our rental drop off service. Parties that are booked to be hosted by a GameTruck staff will not require any parental supervision.

Do you need to plug into a power outlet?

Yes. Power outlet should be within 10 feet of setup area.

Do you need to use my TV?

No.

Do you need a WiFi connection?

Yes, we will need access to your Wi-Fi.

How many kids can play LaserTag?

Up to 14.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, 7 years and older.

How much space do you need?

We recommend 90' x 45'. However, we can work with smaller spaces. Please note, the smaller the space, the smaller the play area. This, in turn, will minimize how many tent or bunker props we can put out.

Can you come to parks?

Yes, if allowed and approved by park. We encourage you to contact park office to find out if they have specific requirements.

Do parents need to supervise?

No, our staff handles everything activity related.

Do you need to plug into an outlet?

Yes, need access to a plug within 25' of set-up area.

Can you play in the rain or snow?

Unfortunately, due to the possibility of the electronics getting water damage, we cannot play in rain or snow.

If it rains or snows, can I cancel?

No, however our GameTruck staff will track the weather forecast beginning 5 days before the party date. If the forecast is calling for wet weather, we will advise you in advance and give you options to either replace your LaserTag party with a video GameTruck or GamePlex in-home video game party if available, or offer a reschedule of your party to another date. Refunds are not offered due to bad weather.

How many kids can play ZTAG?

We recommend 20 kids, but can go up to a maximum of 24 kids.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, 5 years and older.

How much space do you need?

We recommend a clear area of 30' x 25'.

Different parks allow different activities. Please check with the park in question.

Do parents need to supervise?

No, our staff handles everything activity related.

Do you need to plug into an outlet?

An outlet is required for the optional TV. If not outlet or electrical power source is available, then the ZTAG game will be played without the TV and will use it's own monitor that is built into the game case.

Is ZTAG for indoors or outdoors?

It is preferable to play ZTAG indoors due to the bright daylight interfering with the wrist wear electronics. However, playing outdoors is possible as an alternative if absolutely needed.

Foam Party is available for age 4 years and older.

We need a clear area of 30' x 25'.

Yes, we need access to a spigot that is within 25' or less of the set up area for the FOAM Cannon.

Can you play in the rain or snow?

Unfortunately due to the possibility of the electronics getting water damage, we cannot play in rain or snow. Additionally, FOAM is only offered during summer months.
